CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
With more than 45 years of experience, Paul leads all aspects of the business and carries forward the hands-on philosophy established by his father. His commitment to seamless residential experiences and lasting quality has shaped more than 2,500 homes across Massachusetts and Florida.
Ugo DiBiase
DIRECTOR, INVESTMENT & FINANCE
Ugo leads the firm’s investment, finance and capital markets platform, from acquisition and underwriting through capitalization and execution. A CFA charterholder, he guides complex multifamily, mixed-use, condominium and residential developments throughout Greater Boston and New England.
Diandra DiBiase
SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Diandra oversees development execution, architectural and design decisions, construction and client delivery. Her exacting eye and collaborative approach ensure every community reflects the company’s standards for design, craftsmanship and experience.
Chanelle DiBiase
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Chanelle oversees residential development, working across strategic planning, design and architecture, construction and field operations, and client relations. She brings a hands-on approach and close attention to detail throughout every stage of the development process, while helping clients envision and create homes that feel distinctly their own.

What began with one parcel and an immigrant’s ambition has grown into three generations of communities, relationships and enduring value.
1948
Founder Ugo DiBiase immigrates to the United States from Abruzzo, Italy.
1954
Ugo purchases his first parcel of land in Peabody, Massachusetts.
1965
Construction begins at Witchcraft Heights—400 single-family homes in Salem.
1970
Ugo DiBiase developed and managed more than 1,000 apartments throughout Greater Boston
1980
Paul DiBiase joins the business, beginning its second generation of family leadership.
1996
The Arboretum is completed: 114 single family homes in Davie, Florida.
2007
Strongwater Crossing begins, ultimately preserving 120 acres of open space.
2009
Completion of Grace Court,
5 single family homes in Wakefield, MA
2011
Completion of Stoney Hill Lane, 6 single family homes in Wakefield, MA
2013
Completion of Essex Crossing,
5 single family homes in Middleton, MA.

Completion of Forest Green development, 5 single family homes in North Reading, MA.

Diandra DiBiase joined the family business as a 3rd generation owner and Project Manager.
2017
Completion of Essex Crossing at Montserrat, featuring 16 single family homes in Beverly, MA.
2017
Ugo DiBiase joined the 3rd generation Ownership Team as Real Estate Asset Manager.
2019
Completion of the Avery at Swampscott project, 42 luxury condominiums in Swampscott, MA.
2019
Chanelle DiBiase joined the third generation Ownership Team as a Project Manager.
2020
Completion of the Holly Hill development, 7 luxury single family homes in Danvers, MA.
2021
Completion of the award-winning Postmark development, a renovation of the historic 1918 Reading Post Office including 50 luxury condominiums and 9,000 SF of commercial space.
2021
Construction commenced at Blu Haven, a 55+ luxury townhome community in Middleton, MA.
2022
Recipient of four PRISM awards for the Blu Haven townhomes in Middleton, MA.
2022
Ugo DiBiase nominated to Board of Directors for BRAGB
2023
Completion of award-winning Blu Haven townhomes in Middleton, MA.
2025
PRISM Award for Best Mixed-Use Development, the NAHB Silver Award for Best Multi-Family Community of the Year, and a Silver Award for Best Multi-Family for Sale at the Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA) for The Wrenly Residences.

Construction completed for the Verge, Somerville MA.
2025
Construction commenced for the expansion of Strongwater Crossing in Salem, MA. 30 new single-family homes are being added to the subdivision.
